Bought super thin for rhythm work on 9 gauge and nylon. Works well, but as you would expect they are difficult to hold onto...especially since I come from 50 years of using the large Fender triangle picks - thought I would try something different for strumming my strings softly...they work, don't break, do wear down easily but that is to be expected of the white super thin.38 versions. have stiffer ones in the mail to me right now.

.I use these for playing chords to help with flow..they are too thin for picking or hard rock stuff..i have always tried to make learning and/or practicing as easy on the hands/wrists as possible...so thin picks and super slinky strings all the way.

.My daughter is learning the guitar and after trying one of these from my little box of junk won't play with anything else. As for me, I like to crank the amp and then use the .38 to just barely touch the strings. No other pick does this as well - and then I'm open for a heavy volume power chord when I need it. Also with a little chorus on, the .38 almost makes a 6 string sound like a 12 on faster passages.

.These are the standard when it comes to guitar picks. If you walk into a music store to try out a guitar and you ask one of the guys for a pick you can borrow, he'll probably hand you one of these. Just one thing to think about when buying these picks--they bend easily, and tend to feel a little thinner than they really are. For example, the 1mm feels more like a .88mm.
They are Nylon Standards, so there's nothing unique about them. However, I do like the logo that's stamped on because it sort of serves as a grip itself. Without it, this pick would slide right out of your hand.
Nice and consistent, but they aren't as resilient as other picks. They take a little longer to find their shape again. They have a rounded edge, which is good, but it isn't smoothed out so the edges can be a little sharp and abrasive.
The price is a little high for Nylon Standards. No special features that set them apart from other picks, but they're still great picks, even for the price.

.My Son plays 36 hours a week and loves the 73mm. At the rate I find these all over the house and stage, I have to buy the large bag. I recommend these to any guitar player.

.I like the pic because of the texture on the body of the pic. This adds grip. When I play for a while under the lights I sweat a little bit and my hands get moist. The texture on the pic allows me to hold on through it all. Now when I say "texture", I mean the wording that is printed on the sides. That is what gives the texture - and that is the main benefit for this pic. Now you can pick whatever thickness you want - which is a great benefit.

.I've been using Dunlop nylon picks since the late 70's . They last forever and the only reason I ever bought more was because I lost them. I used the same 3 picks for 5 yrs once.
I have slowly gone down in thickness from 1mm to .088 to the .073
I break fewer strings with the .073s and they are still stiff enough to tremolo pick or chug with. I will never buy any other type of pick, see no reason to.

.I really like the tone and easy grip of the Dunlop nylon picks. I use the .88 for playing scales and they are fantastic.
