I use this adapter with my Aura. My other pedals connected to the same power strip are quiet. This Fishman adapter produces a low hum that can be heard through headphones and in recordings. There is no hum when using the battery alone to power the Aura. However the battery will be drained after approximately three hours of use. I love the Aura!

.I don't know anything about the "Aura" or how awesome it is but there is nothing wrong or overly noisy about these adapters. They are a great buy for the home guitarist or keyboardist with effect pedals. They have a small profile/footprint and supply the power they are rated for. They do their job. I have not noticed any offensive noises, hums or hiss - of course your milage may vary. I can see there being an issue in a studio situation but for jamming or other non-critical applications they are fine.

.Works great so far. I tried recording and also playing through PA and did not hear any noise. I use it with the fishman tonedeq pedal and it was going through 9V batteries very quickly, so now I don't have to worry about the battery dying during a gig or carrying spares.

.All my other power supplies work fine with the Aura, but ironically Fishman's is unusable since it is so noisy. Save your money.
