Fishman Limited Edition Loudbox Mini 60W 1x6.5 Acoustic Combo Amp Cream

The lightest and most portable amp in the Loudbox series, the 60-watt Fishman Loudbox Mini weighs less than 20 lbs., yet is loud enough for a small venue. The Loudbox Mini delivers the natural sound from your instrument and features 2 channels, 60 watts of power, a 6.5" low-frequency driver and a 1" tweeter, feedback suppression, and simple-to-use EQ dials.

Effects include digital reverb and chorus for the instrument channel and reverb for the microphone channel. An auxiliary input lets you easily hook up your MP3 player or metronome. An XLR direct output lets you to monitor onstage and send a balanced signal to the mixing board without needing an extra DI box.

Being a classical guitar player, I was worried about the amp coloring my natural tone, but I was very impressed. Transparent clean tone. Great deal for the price, if you compare what else is out there in its price range.

It would of been nice if it had phantom power, but as I mentioned before, its a great deal for the money. I purchased it on Fourth of July Stupid Deal of the Hour...no disappointments. One very satisfied customer :)

.Lives up to the reviews. I love the small size, light weight, clear sound, decent reverb & chorus & simplicity of use. A pleasing plug & play experience. Sounds great with my electric jazz guitar as well, though it seemed to stress at louder volume, whereas the acoustic guitar can be pushed without clipping. It is amazingly bassy for such a small speaker - actually had to roll off the bass a bit at loud volumes. Sounds great with steel string/magnetic pickup as well as nylon string/piezo pickup. Plan to get a K & K transducer for my steel string and hope it takes that as well as the others. Have not yet tried the mic input, though I plan to.
