Yamaha YHR-881 Custom Series Descant French Horn

The YHF-881 Custom Series Descant French Horn is an intricate instrument with light and responsive action. It features a .472 bore with a 12-1/8 yellow brass medium throat bell. Four solid rotary valves create smooth playing action and a 5th rotary/A plus stop valve easily puts the horn in the Key of A. The use of unlacquered brass allows for the natural characteristics of the sound to easily travel. The mouthpiece is composed of gold brass while nickel silver composes the inner and outer slides. Engraved valve caps offer an elegant finishing touch to this horn. The hand-constructed YHF-88a Custom Series Descant French Horn comes with a case, mouthpiece, and premiere rotor oil. All wind instruments come with a 5-year limited warranty.
