Custom Guitar Friend does not know how to handle sophisticated instruments. The bass was shipped with the strings loosened and truss rods still tightened, which is a big nono according to Ric site, Ric manuals and numerous musicians and forums. After few weeks the bass is still out of whack, and I cannot even start jamming with it.
