What's to brag about, it's a felt washer. I can now play like James Burton, Scotty Moore and Chat Akins since putting those washers on, Lol!
They did the job I needed them to do.

.Some think these are a stupid, unnecessary "accessory". But they do serve to protect the finish around the area where the strap buttons attach. Sweat, grime, and wax/polish will eventually make the ones installed on a guitar hard, so they should be replaced periodically. My Strats came from the factory with them installed, so I'd like to think that Fender knows best. A dozen will last several years, if you don't loose them.
