This isn't the best tremolo for a squier. the mounting holes don't match up with the stock ones, the trem block is too big, etc. expect to redrill any screw holes and route out the back of the body to allow some usability. don't get me wrong, it's a good buy, just if you're putting it on a squier you're in for a major mod.

.I bought this to put in my squier strat, the only problem is that it does not align with the stock's screw holes, and it is too big which makes it impossible to use the Tremelo if you modify a squier.

.I bought this to replace the stock tremolo on my squier, and this tremolo defenitly beats out the stock one. i can now only put on 2 springs and do dives, and the way to get it back into regular tuning is to just vibrato the strings with a slight bend and it fixes it. Great buy, and the large tremolo block adds a huge increase in the sustain.

.I got this bridge for a strat body I was making so I did not have a problem with it fitting ᠇ over all this thing is sweet?.. Has a nice heaviness to it, Sounds grate on my strat good tone no buzz cant go wrong with this bridge for a custom guitar or a replacement for a strat try it out

.Excited about the unit after install. Measurements and specs all perf... then I spin in the trem arm and its a flimsy coat-hanger. I know about the spring and bearing (although its not explained with the package and a novice might not know what to do with them) and still the arm is ill-fit with a cap that never seated tightly and I tugged it off with one dive. Gonna have to figure out what gauge arm really fits and have it custom machined. Not what I had in mind.

.The unit is made much heavier then the squire model.
I had to route out one side to give it clearance to operate.I also had to fill mounting holes JB Weld &
drill new ones to mount it.It also comes with 5 springs,unlike the 3 with the Squire.I'll be trying it, with a new fender neck.All looks good so far.
