The exquisite, left-handed Martin 000-28L Standard Series Acoustic Guitar has many of the same specs as the famed Eric Clapton model without the special appointments. Features the smaller 000 body size and a 24.9" scale length. Martin crafted the left-handed 000-28L guitar with a solid spruce top, black-and-white rosette, standard 5/16" bracing, solid rosewood back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and white binding. Martin includes a deluxe hardshell case ($160 value) with the left-handed Standard Acoustic Guitar.

Purchased this guitar two years ago - it was well worth the wait. It doesn't have quite the full richness of the D-35, but that's not the intent of this guitar. I find it a joy to play. Workmanship is typical superior Martin quality. No issues at all. It's fun to play a smaller guitar every now and again. I can see why Clapton liked this one for his acoustic "Layla" version. After two years, it's still a favorite. You can't go wrong this one. Strongly recommend.

.A wonderful guitar ruined by mold. Case also ruined and probably needs to be replaced. Disappointed that I was expecting a premium guitar and now i have to deal with this.
