CTS 500K Audio Taper Long Shaft Pot (1) NEW 500K Minimum Rating +15% Tolerance

This is a brand new CTS 500K audio taper long shaft pot. These are for production Les Paul-type guitars with thicker carved tops, these will not fit Gibson Historic Les Pauls. These work on tons of different guitars, typically with humbucker and P90 pickups. The hole size requirement for the pots are 3/8", the split shaft are fine knurled for US spec knobs, the threaded portion of the shaft is 3/4" (otherwise known as "long shaft"), which works for solid bodies with thick carved tops.

These pots are measured and selected so all pots are at least 500K and not more than 15% maximum variance across the lot.   Standard sets are only +/- 15 % and can range from 425 - 575K, a 30% possible variance.

These are the de-facto standard in guitar pots, best quality out there. For guitars with cheap, import pots, this is a must-have upgrade. As with most upgrades, its the simple stuff that has the most impact, and this is no exception. Won't be disappointed.
